Timothy R. Hansen serves as a dedicated Law Clerk (Juris Doctor Candidate) at Family Law Complex Litigation Advocacy PLLC, where he supports attorneys in complex family law and litigation matters. With a strong foundation in legal research, document preparation, and case management, Timothy plays an important role in assisting the firm’s attorneys in delivering thorough and effective representation to clients navigating challenging legal issues.
At the firm, Timothy assists with preparing legal pleadings, organizing case materials, drafting legal documents, and conducting detailed legal research to support litigation strategy. He works closely with the legal team to ensure that filings, discovery materials, and case documentation are prepared accurately and efficiently. His attention to detail and strong organizational skills help the firm manage complex cases while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
Timothy is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Gonzaga University School of Law, further strengthening his legal knowledge and analytical abilities. His academic training complements his hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation support. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Regent University, where he developed a solid understanding of legal procedures, research methods, and case preparation.
