Job Summary
Family Law Complex Litigation Advocacy PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support complex and high-conflict family law litigation matters in King County Superior Court. This position requires advanced knowledge of Washington family law procedures, strong litigation support skills, and trial preparation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex family law cases from intake through trial and post-judgment
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and court orders
- Coordinate King County Superior Court e-filings and calendaring
- Organize and manage case files, evidence, and exhibits
- Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and mediations
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, GALs, and experts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Washington family law paralegal experience
- Extensive familiarity with King County Superior Court procedures
- Advanced legal drafting and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or formal legal education
- Experience with high-asset divorce or complex custody litigation
- Trial and hearing support experience
