We are seeking an experienced Managing Paralegal to lead our paralegal operations and support attorneys handling complex family law cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow of paralegal and administrative staff
- Oversee case management systems and litigation calendars
- Draft, review, and finalize legal pleadings and court filings
- Coordinate discovery, disclosures, and trial preparation
- Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, experts, and courts
- Ensure compliance with Washington court rules and deadlines
- Assist with high-asset divorce and complex litigation matters
- Improve office procedures and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years paralegal experience (family law preferred)
- Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings
- Exceptional organizational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Proficiency with legal case management software

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $110,000 – $125,000
