FAMILY LAW COMPLEX LITIGATION ADVOCACY PLLC is a premier family law firm focused on high-asset divorce, complex litigation, and strategic advocacy. We represent clients in sophisticated family law matters requiring strong organization, leadership, and litigation support.

We are seeking an experienced Managing Paralegal to lead our paralegal operations and support attorneys handling complex family law cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflow of paralegal and administrative staff
  • Oversee case management systems and litigation calendars
  • Draft, review, and finalize legal pleadings and court filings
  • Coordinate discovery, disclosures, and trial preparation
  • Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, experts, and courts
  • Ensure compliance with Washington court rules and deadlines
  • Assist with high-asset divorce and complex litigation matters
  • Improve office procedures and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years paralegal experience (family law preferred)
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings
  • Exceptional organizational and case management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency with legal case management software

Preferred Experience

  • High-asset divorce or complex litigation experience
  • Trial preparation and discovery management
  • Washington State court procedures

Compensation & Benefits
