Law Intern – Litigation, Research & Trial Support

This position is designed for highly motivated law students seeking hands-on litigation experience. Interns will work side-by-side with senior attorneys on active cases, gaining exposure to every stage of the litigation process—from early legal research through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and court databases
  • Draft legal memoranda, case summaries, motions, and supporting briefs
  • Assist senior attorneys with discovery, including document review and organization
  • Help prepare exhibits, witness outlines, and trial binders
  • Observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Participate in internal case strategy meetings with senior attorneys

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L)
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex legal issues into clear written arguments
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and discretion with confidential matters
