Role Overview

This role is ideal for law students interested in family law, civil litigation, and client advocacy. Interns will gain meaningful exposure to client-facing legal work while being closely supervised and mentored by senior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, affidavits, declarations, and settlement summaries
  • Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and procedural rules
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Communicate with clients under attorney supervision
  • Organize case files and assist with court filings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an accredited law school
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Interest in family law, civil litigation, or public service
