Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our expanding litigation team. This position is available as either a contract role or direct hire, depending on candidate qualifications and availability.

The Associate Attorney will manage family law cases from intake through resolution and actively participate in litigation strategy and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle family law litigation matters including divorce, custody, parenting plans, and support issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
  • Maintain case deadlines and documentation

Required Qualifications

✅ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Bar License required (Indiana or Georgia)
✅ Licensed and in good standing with applicable State Bar
✅ Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
✅ Ability to manage cases independently

  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
